Jennifer Baysinger is an entrepreneur at heart with more than 25 years of experience launching, growing, and selling successful businesses. As a 5th generation Kansan raised in a family of independent oil producers, she knows firsthand the importance of a strong and prosperous business community.

As Vice-President of Political Affairs for the Kansas Chamber of Commerce from 2017-2022, Jennifer oversaw the chamber’s political action committee. Under her leadership, the Kansas Chamber PAC experienced record fundraising and won nearly 90% of their engaged races, maintaining the pro-business veto-proof majority her team helped deliver to the Kansas Legislature in 2018. Following her successful efforts in the 2022 primary elections, Jennifer returned to the private sector and business ownership.

Jennifer has served in numerous leadership roles in political and business organizations. She is the current Wichita Pachyderm Club President, a Selective Service Board Member, and a member of the KANZA Bank Board of Directors. Jennifer is a Club for Growth fellow, a member of the American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network, and a graduate of the Eisenhower Women in Leadership Series. She is also the former Women’s Ministry Director at Hope Community Church.

Jennifer and her husband, Blake, own Wichita Collision and Dent. They have three sons, a grandson, and a Goldendoodle, which translates to, “They can’t have anything nice.”
