Lori Bower is the founder and CEO of BowerComm, a strategic marketing firm that helps leaders, businesses, and nonprofits move people to action. With more than 25 years of experience, Lori has built her career around transforming ambitious goals into measurable results. From her early days as a 4-H Agent in Butler County, she recognized how often great ideas fail to gain traction without clear strategy and communication. That insight led her to earn a master’s degree in strategic communication at WSU and lead campaigns for Fortune 300 companies such as General Electric and John Deere while working at top agencies in Chicago.

In 2010, Lori founded BowerComm to help organizations stop doing “random acts of marketing” and start building momentum that drives real impact. Through her Journey to Yes™ framework, she and her 15-member team now partner with more than 100 organizations nationwide each year to clarify their message, connect with their audience, and inspire meaningful action.
