Hear from local newscaster, Julia Thatcher, an evening anchor for KSN in Wichita.

She has nearly a decade of experience covering crime, including a series that prompted lawmakers to propose legislation to increase the punishment for sex crimes involving children.

Julia has an extensive background working with non-profits, she is a past recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award and served as a board member for the Wishing Star Foundation.

Her public speaking experience includes emceeing dozens of events and serving on media panels.

Our topic is Professional Communication and Presentation Skills: fine-tuning our communication skills that include: interviewing, stage presentations, panel discussions, event speaking, media interviews and how to tell your story (personal & business).
