This  month we will hear from WIBA member, Julia LeFevre, an executive leadership coach and the founder of BRAVE Restoration, a program dedicated to fostering culture change and personal development for leaders. With a background in education, organizational leadership, and neuroscience, Julia helps leaders and their teams strengthen core capacities to overcome subconscious triggers and build trust. Her expertise includes coaching executives and innovative leaders, leading workshops, and facilitating group experiences that lead to breakthrough transformations. Julia is passionate about empowering leaders to navigate challenges with resilience and achieve lasting personal and organizational change.
