Description

Our WIBA Women's Luncheon is a great time to network with other like-minded women and leaders.

A Job Isn’t Enough: Why Working Families are Struggling in Kansas

Across Kansas, nearly 40% of households are working yet still unable to afford life’s essentials. Women often shoulder the greatest impact, balancing careers, caregiving, and households while still struggling to make ends meet. This presentation reveals new data and lived experiences, shining a light on why hardworking families fall behind. Join United Way of the Plains and the Kansas Health Foundation to explore solutions that empower women, strengthen families, and build thriving communities for all.
