David Phillips is the President and Founder of Brand 316, a prison ministry dedicated to lowering recidivism rates through personal, professional, and spiritual development during and after incarceration. After spending nearly four years in federal prison, David developed a deep compassion for those reentering society, whom often facing little to no hope for long-term success.

Before his incarceration, David worked at two Global 500 companies and then founded a digital marketing firm in Los Angeles, serving hundreds of clients worldwide. He is the son of Dr. Keith Phillips, founder of World Impact, a Christian ministry dedicated to America's inner cities. Growing up as a missionary kid, then becoming a successful entrepreneur, and finally experiencing incarceration, David brings a unique perspective to addressing the issue of high recidivism.

Brand 316 works in several state and federal prisons, effectively training and preparing the incarcerated for their release back into society.  Brand 316 also has a sober living discipleship home in the Delano area.  Learn more on www.brand316.org.
