The WIBA Non-Profit Expo is designed to bring together nonprofits, businesses, and community members for one morning focused on education, collaboration, and meaningful community impact.

Whether you're looking to increase awareness, recruit volunteers, connect with business partners, or share your mission with new supporters, this Expo provides the perfect opportunity to tell your story.

What to Expect

The morning will feature networking, nonprofit spotlights, and opportunities to connect with organizations making a difference throughout our community.

9:00–10:00 AM | Nonprofit Spotlight Presentations (Booth #1 - #22)
Our first round of nonprofit spotlights will take place on stage. Each participating nonprofit will have 1–2 minutes to introduce their organization, share their mission, and highlight ways businesses and community members can get involved.

10:00–10:30 AM | Nonprofit Booth Interaction
Visit the nonprofit booths, meet the organizations one-on-one, ask questions, and learn more about volunteer, partnership, and support opportunities.

10:30–11:15 AM | Nonprofit Spotlight Presentations (Booth #23 - #47)
Our second round of nonprofit spotlights will take place on stage, with each nonprofit receiving 1–2 minutes to share more about their organization and impact.

Throughout the morning, attendees will also have opportunities to network, enjoy a light breakfast, and discover new ways to support and connect with local nonprofits.

We recognize that some 501C3 non-profits may face financial barriers to participation, and we want to ensure this event is accessible to all.

This application provides non-profits the opportunity to request financial assistance for booth registration. Assistance will be considered based on need and the potential benefit of participation in the Expo.

Please complete the form below with details about your organization, your mission, and how participating in the Non-Profit Expo would support your efforts. All applications will be reviewed, and selected organizations will be notified directly.

Our goal is simple: raise $10,000 by September 30 to open more doors of opportunity in our community.

You don’t have to fund an entire membership, booth, or month of Business Forward to make a difference. Whether you give $25, $100, $250, $500, or more, every contribution moves us closer to our goal.
