Cole, Assistant County Manager, has worked at Sedgwick County since 2005. She began her career at the County as an intern in the County Manager’s Office. After completing her internship, she has had the opportunity to serve in leadership roles in multiple departments across Sedgwick County including Finance, Strategic Communications and Facilities. Currently, as an Assistant County Manager of Administrative Services, Mrs. Cole oversees Courthouse Police, Central Services, Facilities Maintenance, Fleet, Metropolitan Area Planning Department, Strategic Communications, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Parks, government relations, and the management intern program. 

Tania also proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 3 years. Mrs. Cole has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Literature from Wichita State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Wichita State University. Tania has been married 20 years, and she and her husband, Terry, have three children - Peeter, Eugenie, and Pippa.
