This month we will hear from Ashley Bowen Cook.

In January of 2026, Ashley Bowen Cook became owner of Alpha Charlie Marketing, (formerly known as the Greteman Group) an aviation-focused marketing firm based in Wichita, Kansas, the Air Capital of the World. As Principal & CEO, she leads the agency demands with the multitasking of an air traffic controller, the curiosity of an explorer and the personality of a diplomat. Ashley synchronizes the team's collective expertise to seamlessly integrate our clients' business objectives with their marketing goals. A 25+ year marketing veteran, she has helped lead the firm’s ongoing evolution to stay abreast of aviation and marketing innovations. She brings a unique aviation legacy as the daughter of acclaimed aviation photographer Paul Bowen. You could say she’s been around aviation since birth.

She is a 2025 WBJ Power 50 honoree, 2023 Executive of the Year, 2008 40 Under 40 and the first female board chair of the Wichita Aero Club.

She and her husband, Josh, co-own Josh Cook Golf Academy. A University of Kansas alum living in a house divided, she’s also known to cheer for K State on occasion. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her on the soccer field sidelines or fishing as a family with her son, Charlie.
