Coffee & Conversation Breakfast | How to Fail (and Why It Matters)
Thursday, January 29, 2026 (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM) (CST)
Description
“How to Fail” The power of failure.
Coffee & Conversation brings WIBA members together over breakfast and coffee for connection and thoughtful discussion around timely business and leadership topics. This month we will hear from Robert Feeney.

Robert Feeney is the Chief Vision Officer of Knowledge as a Service, Inc., and the creator of Ringorang®, a clinically proven behavior-change technology designed to help people build habits that hold up under pressure. Known as “The Habit Man,” Foundational to Robert’s thesis is this: failure is normal; so get good at it.
Robert’s leadership journey began in Hollywood. He worked with leading global entertainment and advertising companies, where he discovered how brief, repeated messages tell a story that can reliably shape human behavior. But his life’s mission was forged through tragedy. After losing two brothers to suicide, Robert became determined to understand what enables people to change, persist, and move forward -- even when life is unstable, painful, or overwhelming.
That pursuit took him deep into the science of performance and behavior change. He led his "nano-learning" software, Ringorang, through federally backed clinical research and real-world deployments across high-stakes environments -- such as cybersecurity and global leadership. Today, Robert’s work spans sectors where readiness, resilience, and measurable performance matter most -- including schools and workforce systems, public agencies, first responders, military, healthcare and global manufacturing.
Robert is a keynote speaker and interactive facilitator whose style blends storytelling, real-world leadership moments, and practical frameworks designed to work in high-pressure environments. His sessions are known for shifting the room from uncertainty to renewed clarity -- helping people focus on what they can control, what behaviors matter most, and how to create continuity when fear of failure looms.
