He is the creator of Ringorang®, a clinically proven app that turns learning into real-life habits, by engaging students and employees 10 to 20 times more frequently than traditional learning, yet requiring only three minutes a day. This gamified app tracks real-time data, enabling leadership to coach more effectively and foster the development of vital behaviors. With six patents to his name, Robert’s innovative solutions support government entities, enterprises, non-profits, and schools in addressing diverse challenges, from leadership readiness to mental health and substance abuse. Dedicated to empowering Wichita's tech industry and beyond, Robert serves on the Advisory Board for FlagshipKansas.tech, on the Board of Directors for Kansas’ transformative OneRise Health, as host of StartupGrind’s coffee and conversation gathering for entrepreneurs called Founders Table, and he’s been a proud participant and member/supporter of WIBA, NXTUS, Wichita Startup Week and Ad Astra Tech Summit.
