Our WIBA Women's Luncheon is a great time to network with other like-minded women and leaders.

This month, join us as we hear from Katie Woods, the first female tournament director for the National Baseball Congress World Series, which is celebrating its 90^th year in Wichita this summer. Prior to joining the NBC, Katie spent 13 years in Minor League Baseball, serving as the Assistant General Manager of both the Lancaster JetHawks and Everett AquaSox, and most recently the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement for the Wichita Wind Surge. She specializes in sports business operations, fan experience, corporate partnerships, communications, and project management, and has been named her league’s Female Executive of the Year three times in MiLB. A native of Bellingham, Washington, Katie graduated from California State University Northridge, and now lives in Wichita with her husband and two daughters.
