Matthew Tannehill leads with heart and a visionary spirit as President of OneRise Health Campus, a transformative 70-acre behavioral health campus under development in southwest Wichita. Joining the Lange Companies family in 2021, Matt was quickly tapped to guide OneRise’s bold mission: to integrate psychiatric care, addiction treatment, housing, and workforce development into a unified hub of healing.

An AmeriCorps VISTA alum with a solid background in nonprofit leadership, Matt was recognized by the Wichita Business Journal as a “40 Under 40” honoree in 2021 for his dedication to community-driven innovation. Under his leadership, OneRise has been selected as the site for Kansas’s new Southcentral Psychiatric State Hospital and has formed partnerships with Wichita State University—such as the Suspenders4Hope wellness initiative—to advance statewide mental health education.

Known for bringing humility, collaboration, and strategic influence to every project, Matt is praised as “bringing such heart and effort to this beautiful endeavor,” by colleagues and community partners. He continues to steward OneRise’s vision: a community-centered campus where integrated services break down barriers, build resilience, and foster equitable pathways to healing.
