Description

This training is presented in conjunction with the Kansas Department of Revenue and is devoted to explaining the differences between the Kansas Retailers' Sales Tax, the Kansas Retailers' Compensating Use Tax, and the Kansas Consumers Compensating Use tax. You will gain a basic understanding of the goods and services subject to sales tax. It will also explain the record keeping and filing requirements, form preparation, how to use exemption certificates, and Withholding Tax.
