| Instructor Bio
| Mona Martin is the Corporate Director of Human Resources for HM Dunn AeroSystems, Inc., an aerospace and defense manufacturing company. She is also a trainer for the Career & Workforce division of Butler Community College where she teaches the SHRM CP/SCP exam prep class and the SHRM Essentials of Human Resources. Ms. Martin is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional and by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is also a member of national SHRM as well as the local SHRM chapter in Wichita, KS a manufacturing town known as the Air Capitol of the World. In additional to her tenure in manufacturing, Ms. Martin has served companies in the healthcare and luxury retail industries. | |
