Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews. 

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. 

• Maintain employee records and HR databases. 

• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. 

• Help organize employee training and development programs. 

• Assist in policy development and compliance tracking. 


Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 

• 1-2 years of HR administrative experience. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
