Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (Part-Time, Remote or Local)

Reliant Merchant Services (RMS) is seeking a part-time Appointment Setter to keep our sales team’s calendar full. Our mission is simple: help restaurants, retailers, and small businesses save money on payment processing and run smoother with transparent, trustworthy solutions.

This is not a closing role — your job is to open doors, start conversations, and book meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Research and build lead lists of local small-to-mid sized businesses.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and reach out on LinkedIn/social.
• Use provided scripts (with your personality) to connect with decision makers.
• Qualify businesses and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Keep CRM updated with activity, notes, and pipeline progress.

What We’re Looking For

• A person of honesty and integrity who values doing the right thing for local businesses.
• Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Organized and detail-oriented — you don’t let follow-ups slip through the cracks.
• Able to work 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
• Experience with appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B outreach preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person).

Compensation & Growth

• $15–20/hour depending on experience.
• Bonus opportunities for hitting appointment goals.
• Potential to grow into full-time sales or account manager role if desired.
