The WIBA Business Academy is an eight-month professional development program designed for business owners and professionals who are ready to strengthen their foundation and grow with intention. Each monthly class builds on core business principles and practical skills, combining expert instruction, real-world application, and peer collaboration.
Every session is structured to provide participants with tools, strategies, and resources they can immediately apply to their work and organizations. In partnership with Wichita State University’s Barton School of Business and supported by local business leaders, the Business Academy connects participants with strong academic foundations, real-world industry experience, and community leadership.
