Where Women in Business Connect & Grow

Held on the first Tuesday of each month, the WIBA Women’s Luncheon brings together 150+ women and business leaders for lunch, connection, and learning. Each event features a carefully selected speaker who shares both professional experience and personal journey, offering attendees a meaningful opportunity to connect with the person behind the title.

This core program creates a consistent space for women to step away from daily responsibilities, strengthen relationships, and stay actively engaged in Wichita’s business community.

Stacee Olden

Executive Director, Orpheum Performing Arts Centre, LTD

Stacee proudly serves as the Executive Director of the historic Orpheum Theatre. The Orpheum is a perfect fit for Stacee—an old soul, history lover, community-minded leader with a passion for arts and culture. Her commitment to the historic theatre, its future, and donor-focused engagement is at the core of her success.

Stacee began her journey with the Orpheum in 2021 as Development Director when the theatre reopened following the pandemic. The position was created to help lead the capital campaign the Orpheum was preparing to launch. In May 2024, she was promoted to Executive Director, making her dream a reality just one year before the proposed restoration project was set to begin.

Stacee is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She previously served on the Board of Directors for the AFP Kansas Heartland Chapter and was Co-Chair of National Philanthropy Day in 2024. Through the Orpheum Theatre, she is also a member of the League of Historic American Theatres and has attended two national conferences, building connections with historic venues and industry leaders from across the country.

A proud Wichita native, Stacee is deeply passionate about her community. After traveling the country and living away for more than 20 years, she returned home to Wichita, where she is proud to live and serve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends.
