Where Women in Business Connect & Grow
Held on the first Tuesday of each month, WIBA’s Women’s Luncheon brings together 150+ women and business leaders for lunch, connection, and learning. Each event features a hand-picked speaker who shares both their professional experience and personal journey, giving attendees the opportunity to truly get to know the business owner or leader behind the title.
This core event provides a consistent space for women to step away from their day-to-day responsibilities, build strong relationships, and stay engaged with Wichita’s business community.

Kendra Moody
COO and Head of Community at The Thread | Owner of Restore Health Coaching
After 13 years in corporate HR, Kendra felt a clear pull toward work that felt more human, personal, and heart-led. Today, she serves as the COO and Head of Community at The Thread and is the owner of Restore Health Coaching, where she gets to support women as whole people — not just professionals.
Kendra is deeply passionate about helping women grow into the fullest version of themselves through leadership development, personal growth, and health and wellness. She loves creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and brave enough to take their next step.
Outside of work, Kendra is a mom of three boys and a big sports fan — you can usually find me cheering on the Chiefs, KU, or the Cubs. Her favorite moments are the simple ones: reading a good book, sipping coffee on her deck, and spending as much time outside as possible.
Guests may attend up to two core WIBA events at no cost.
