Weekend Welding Workshop

In a partnership with Heartland Welding Academy, Career and Workforce Education now offers a 4-Saturday, non-credit, fast-track program that lets you learn basic skills and safety practices to perform various types of welding on carbon steel. Learn 1 of the following: Gas metal arc (GMAW) Gas tungsten arc (GTAW) Shielded metal arc (SMAW) This approach will allow individuals, both employed and those looking for employment, to advance their career in a manner that works around the demands of their schedule. It’s also a great way for hobbyists to learn basic welding safety and skills.
