Description
WIBA Coffee & Conversation Breakfast
Start Your Morning with Connection, Conversation, and Community
WIBA’s Coffee & Conversation Breakfast brings together business owners, professionals, and community leaders for a morning of networking, coffee, breakfast, and conversation.
This core event is a space for members and guests to connect with one another, build relationships, and stay engaged with Wichita’s business community in a more casual, conversational setting.

“The Why Behind Your Work” … explores the deeper purpose that motivates us beyond titles, tasks, and paychecks. This conversation invites us to consider what gets us up each morning, who benefits from our work, and how reconnecting with our “why” can bring greater meaning, energy, and intention to what we do.
Brandle Easter is an educator, mediator, basketball coach, and Restorative Schools Initiative Coordinator with the Kansas Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (KIPCOR) at Bethel College, whose professional journey also includes years of service as a pastor. He is a Kansas Supreme Court-approved mediator in Core and Domestic mediation, as well as a Special Education Mediator, and coaches basketball at Maize High School.
His work centers on restorative practices, conflict resolution, communication, relationship-building, and healthy culture development. At the heart of his work, Brandle sees himself as a connector, connecting people to people, people to resources, and ideas to opportunities.
Drawing from his experience in ministry, education, mediation, athletics, and community engagement, Brandle creates spaces where people can communicate authentically, strengthen relationships, navigate conflict, and discover opportunities for collaboration and positive change.
