Our WIBA luncheon is a great time to network with other like-minded business leaders, enjoy a buffet lunch and hear from local speakers. This month we will hear from Janice Perkins, CEO of Capacity Communications.

Janice Perkins helps executives and executive teams see things they can't see and remove obstacles to improve their leadership. Her journey in executive coaching began with a passion for helping people unlock their hidden potential.

Janice's coaching approach is characterized by her exceptional ability to listen, empathize, and provide constructive feedback. She has a knack for identifying individual strengths and areas for growth, tailoring her coaching sessions to address specific needs. Her clients often praise her for her ability to inspire confidence, enhance leadership skills, and foster positive change within organizations.

In addition to her one-on-one coaching, Janice has also facilitated workshops and seminars on leadership, team dynamics, and personal development. She is currently pursuing her PhD in leadership communication to further her knowledge.

  • Parking is available on the upper levels of the parking garage located west of Broadway.
  • Any space not marked RESERVED is available for your use.
  • Access the building through the covered walkway on the 3rd level of the garage.
  • There is a $1.00 parking fee (cash only) when exiting the parking garage.
