Shelley Davis
Shelley Davis is the co-owner of Harmony Home Concepts with her husband Phil. Harmony Home Concepts is best known for providing innovative storage and organization solutions for individuals seeking to maximize their homes function and accessibility in order to make every day easier. Shelley has been involved with HHC and other business since 2005, but joined the business fulltime after retiring from education in 2021.
Josh Turner
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Josh has spent most of his career in property management. His adventure began in 1999 managing parking garages at Crown Center in Kansas City. He has since managed commercial, conventional, Section 8, Section 42, Section 202, PRAC, Section 236, receivership properties, and HOA/Condo Associations.
Josh is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He served as President of the local IREM Chapter in 2010 and 2018 still serves on the Executive Committee. He served for 14 years on the Board of Directors for The Apartment Association of Greater Wichita, where he held many leadership positions, including 2 terms as president. He has won Regional Manager of the Year three times at the AAGW Star of Excellence Awards in addition to many other awards highlighting a commitment to excellence and service.
With an extensive background in commercial property management, apartment management, and commercial real estate brokerage, Josh is now the President of Landmark Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial developers, brokerages, and property management companies in the region.
Samantha Woods
Samantha Woods is an overachiever at heart. Valedictorian of her high school class, and selected to speak at her graduation ceremony from Pittsburg State University, Samantha is no stranger to the rewards that come from hard work and dedication. Samantha graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law and joined Martin Pringle in 2013 after clerking for the firm for two summers. She practices in civil and commercial litigation, and products liability law, medical malpractice defense, agriculture law as well as bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights.
