Very few leave able to hand work off to it. This workshop closes that gap. Attendees learn how to redesign their own business processes and then build an AI agent that runs it\, with the error-checking and approval steps a real business needs.\n\nThe premise is that automating a broken process only makes the breakage faster\, so redesign comes first and building comes second. Attendees leave with a working agent they built themselves\, not a page of notes about what is possible\, and be able to apply their new skills directly to their business after the course.\n\nREQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION\n– A paid Claude subscription is required. Cowork requires a paid plan: Pro\, Max\, Team\, or Enterprise. The free tier does not include it.\n– Please have the Claude desktop app for Mac or Windows installed and open. Reading and writing files on an attendee’s own computer runs through the desktop app\, so a browser login alone will not support the build-along exercises.\nPRE-WORK SENT TO ATTENDEES\nYou will receive a package of pre-work prior to the start of the workshop. This pre-work will take about 20 minutes to complete.
