Our WIBA Women's Luncheon is a great time to network with other like-minded women and leaders.

This month, we will hear from WIBA member, Rachel Thomas, Creative Director at Greyten.

As a visionary leader and creative force in architecture and interior design, Rachel brings over a decade of expertise in crafting spaces that inspire, empower, and transform. As the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Greyten, she guides a multidisciplinary team in redefining the boundaries of design, blending artistry, sustainability, and energy alignment to create spaces that resonate deeply with those who inhabit them.

With a foundation of 16 years in Interior Design and the last 12 years as the founder of Thomas Grey Interiors, she has honed a unique ability to balance technical precision with intuitive creativity, delivering projects that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Rachel is passionate about fostering collaboration, mentoring emerging talent, and challenging conventional design norms to elevate the human experience. Whether guiding clients through transformative projects or shaping Greyten’s creative vision, her focus is always on crafting timeless, intentional designs that leave a lasting legacy.

The Ninth Floor Club + Venue

  • Parking is available on the upper levels of the parking garage located west of Broadway.
  • Any space not marked RESERVED is available for your use.
  • Access the building through the covered walkway on the 3rd level of the garage.
  • There is a $1.00 parking fee (cash only) when exiting the parking garage.
